Fiscalization is included. You just take payment.
Orbi POS is software that issues fiscal receipts in Serbia (an ESIR). Every payment gets a fiscal receipt. For fiscalization you only need the smart card (security element) from the Tax Administration; everything else is part of Orbi.

How it works
The journey of one fiscal receipt
You ring up orders and take payment as you do now. Orbi signs the receipt and sends it to the Tax Administration.

Payment methods
Cash, card or both
You take card payments on your bank’s POS terminal, as you do now. Orbi records the payment method on the fiscal receipt.
A rule with no exceptions
No fiscal receipt, no payment.
The till completes a payment only once the fiscal receipt is issued. That way no payment goes through without a receipt. If the receipt can’t be issued right away, the system retries automatically.

What you need in your venue
A computer with Windows 10 or newer
For Orbi POS, ideally with a touchscreen.
80 mm thermal printer
For fiscal receipts.
Tax Administration smart card
Your venue’s security element, issued by the Tax Administration.
Internet for the Orbi cloud
Your venue’s data is stored in the Orbi cloud.
Frequently asked questions
Does Orbi support fiscalization?
Yes. Orbi POS is ESIR no. 1757/1.0.0 and issues a fiscal receipt for every payment.
What do I need for fiscalization?
Only the smart card (security element) issued by the Tax Administration. The L-PFR, the part of the system that signs receipts and sends them to the Tax Administration, is provided and paid for by Orbi.
What if a fiscal receipt can’t be issued?
The till won’t complete a payment without a fiscal receipt. The system automatically retries issuing the receipt.
Does the kiosk issue fiscal receipts?
No. The kiosk prints a slip with the order number. The guest pays at the till, and Orbi POS issues the fiscal receipt.
Is Orbi connected to the card terminal?
No. You take the card payment on your bank’s terminal and select card as the payment method on the till.
Where is the data stored?
In the Orbi cloud. You open Overview, stock and settings in Orbi Admin from any computer.
