Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect through the orbi.rs website, why we collect it and what your rights are.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Innovigo Solutions d.o.o., Oslobođenja 4, 36300 Novi Pazar, PIB 113120156, MB 21806102. For any question about your data, write to hello@orbi.rs.

2. What data we collect

When you fill in the “Book a demo” form, we collect:

  • your full name,
  • the name of your venue,
  • your phone number,
  • your email address,
  • your city.

The website does not use cookies. For visit statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data: we only see totals, such as how many visits each page had.

3. Why we use it

When you send the form, the data reaches us by email, through the email delivery service Resend. We use it only to contact you, arrange and hold the demo, and answer your questions about Orbi. The legal basis is your request, that is, steps taken before entering into a contract, in line with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection.

4. How long we keep it

We keep the form data only as long as we need it to respond to you, and no longer than 12 months, unless you become an Orbi customer. In that case your contract applies.

5. Who has access

The data is accessed by Innovigo Solutions staff who work with customers, and by the service providers that help us run the website: Resend (sending form emails) and Cloudflare (website hosting and visit statistics). We do not sell your data or share it with others for advertising.

6. Venue data in the Orbi system

Data that venues enter and create in Orbi (items, sales, staff, stock) is stored in the Orbi cloud. Its processing is governed by the contract between the venue and Innovigo Solutions, not by this policy.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and to object. Send your request to hello@orbi.rs. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
