Tables and order types
Dining room, terrace, counter and everything that leaves the venue
Tables are grouped by zone, just like your venue. Takeaway and delivery orders have their own button and don’t tie up a table.
Payment
Cash, card or both on one bill
When a group pays part in cash and part by card, the bill is split across two payment methods. The till works out the change.
Discounts and table moves
Guests change tables, the order follows
Move an order to another table without ringing it up again. Set up discounts in Orbi Admin and apply them at the till with one tap.
Barcode
Scan instead of searching the menu
Drinks and packaged items are added with a barcode scanner, straight onto the order.
Staff
Everyone logs in with their own PIN
Roles and permissions decide who can do what at the till. Every order and every payment is tied to the person who made it.
End of shift
Status report, cash-up and shift close
The status report shows where the shift stands at any moment. At the end, each staff member cashes up and the shift closes without sums on paper.
Fiscalization
Fiscalization included, ESIR 1757/1.0.0
The till issues a fiscal receipt for every payment and won’t complete a payment without one. For fiscalization you only need the smart card (security element) from the Tax Administration; everything else is part of Orbi.
